Tortilla Soup

It's been a good week for soup.  This is one of my favorites and it comes together quickly.  If you hurry, you might even still be able to make it for supper tonight!

Tortilla Soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can milk
1 can cheddar cheese OR nacho cheese soup
1 can chicken (or any cooked chicken)
1/2 can red enchilada sauce OR 1 full can mild green enchilada sauce

Mix together and heat in a medium saucepan until warm.  Top with crushed tortilla chips.  Mmm . . . the chip and soup combo is so yummy!  Enjoy!
