We are improving on the meringues!
Landen wanted to make some for his middle school snack potluck tomorrow.
We added green food color and a couple of drops of Peppermint essential oil to these. As you can see, we also took the extra step of putting the meringue in a piping bag to make more uniform cookies.
I am particularly fond of the chocolate sprinkles on the mint cookies.
Yummy and pretty!
