This has been Nathan's first year of Cross Country. I've really admired his dedication getting up at 6am every day since the middle of August to practice.
He's had a couple of great races for his first two attempts. At his first race (when I was at the Faulkton football game), he placed 7th.
In this next race in Aberdeen, he placed 7th again in the Middle School Boys race.
By the end of this race, mom was a hot, sweaty mess. No one told me that I would be running all over the course, too! :) Macy and I will have to add some jogging to our morning walks to get in better shape.
